Took my dog in for a nail trim this morning, and the groomer Chris was not at all good with my dog. She yelped several times because he cut her nails too short, he didn’t talk to her or pet her to calm her down, and shoved her around when she moved and tried to pull her foot away. the grooming salon is horrible.
I have been going to adoption day off and on for years on Saturday. And I am 9 months pregnant the fact I had two different “Wags” volunteers cut in front of me for the rest room two different times that day really up set me. The over all store I’m ok with. But they not much help with these people when I truly feel when they were out of line. Cause if I have to wait like any one else (pregnant or not) they should wait too. I can’t say that would be the last time I go to that store.
Why are the outside of all of your fish aquariums absolutely filthy? I can only imagine how dirty the inside is. A lot of overcrowded goldfish as well. And I find it appalling that you sell "designer" claw clips for cats. Customer service here is also awful but I see a lot of people here have already complained about that. I will be reporting the terrible fish tank filth.
I ordered 3 tubs of kitty litter on Black Friday. Got the confirmation email. It said when the order was ready i'd receive an email. The next email I received was Pet Smart telling me they cancelled my order. What the crap. Had I known I would have gone up to the store. Now the sale price is gone, and they won't honor it. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
I have always had great experiences with Sherry, one of the cat groomers. I've taken my cat to her 4-5 times. She does a great job grooming my cat and she's very pleasant and professional! �
Absolutely horrible! I found an employee said excuse me twice she ignored me while she was on her tablet so i stood there until she said what. I said hi and asked my question, she just said no while stocking shelves not making eye contact ending our Conversation no elaboration. I said you were no help but thanks then asked cashier for manager. Guess who comes walking up after being called 10 minutes ago. I told her no go away you're not needed and she gladly left not worried at all that someone complained
