This is the worst Petsmart I have ever went to. Me and my granddaughter went in there and bought a hamster and he was 1/2 dead. He didn't have any food in his cage and his water bottle was empty and looked like it hadn't had water in it in months. When I called the pet store and spoke to the manager about it she laughed at me. And she said there is nothing they can do about it.
