Great store with friendly staff, my dog loves this store. Just got pictures with the Easter Bunny, didn’t know it was going on until 4pm and showed up right before. Wasn’t expecting to get a picture but they staff was super nice and let us jump in! Thank you!

Elizabeth did a fantastic job grooming my Cavalier. I gave her a long list, and she did everything exactly as I wished. I’ve always been pleased with the groomers here, but this time I was so impressed I had to give props.
They were short staffed, no one working the fish area or even close by. I had to hunt someone down, twice. Over half of the fish didn't have prices and A LOT of the fish had ich! VERY DISAPPOINTING to see so many fish for sale and already sick. It appeared some of the tanks didn't have constant flowing water. The one fish i purchased that actually had a price rang up $2 higher at the register. I traveled a good distance just for the rainbow fish and 3 different tanks of rainbows had ich. Great place to take your pet. Bella is spoiled enough but even the staff loves her and spoiled her in 2 second's lol.
Back a few years ago I was buying a Betta and was told that I needed a Betta bowl and that I needed nothing else(filter, heater, etc.) I looked at the sales person and clearly told them that they are wrong a Betta needs a minimum of a 5 gallon tank or bigger and because they are tropical fish they need a heater and a filter just any other fish... They need people that actually know their fishes
This was a few years ago, but still. Their grooming department kept telling me my dog had matting (wrong) and charged me extra. The worker couldn't tell me where the matting was and I said you should call me before you just charge me for matting. The next time I was charged for matting they said they just need to update the pricing in the system. I actually believed you, til you charged me extra for matting for about a year and I realized another location charged about $12 less than you. You refunded me my money, but I still... read more
