Employees are not rude ...they just could care less if you’re there ! When I’ve asked questions about products or the store their response is I don’t know ??? Always out of crickets and horn worms ...It sucks that this pet store is the closest to my house ...can’t wait for the Indian Land one to open !

DO NOT bring your dog to get groomed at Pet Smart. Not only was Wesley there for 5 hours, he left with a gaping cut on his belly that ended up needing staples. The groomer did not mention this to me, and I had to find it myself luckily prior to leaving the store. Prayers it stays clean and doesn't become infected. Livid is an understatement.

Great service I take me two fur babies there for their baths and the staff is wonderful Mandy is awesome she showed so much love for my babies like they were her own and they smelled awesome! She is great!
