Not sure if its because of the racial turn the world has taken i mean the ppl and staff in this store are so openly racist its sickening i never paid attention because i was always in and out and today becky the store manager actually supported a rude racial profiling cashier so i guess its apart of the application process to have a superiority complex I'll never spend another dime in this place everything is cheaper at meijer anyway
That place is NOT pet smart by any stretch of the imagination. The dog trainers are well just crap. They can't train their own dogs let alone someone else's. Their salon if that's what you want to call it is a chop shop (with the exception on one maybe two stylists) they know who they are. They abuse their employees and they are not at all educated on their products and will lead customers into a possible danger for their pets just for a sale. That place needs to lose its business license in the Saginaw township location.

I have taken my dogs to petsmart ever since I have had them. My most recent pet Bear, Holly has groomed her from the start, and she always does a beautiful job. This month she made a special ornament after grooming Bear and its beautiful. Thank you Holly.
