RecommendedI've recently remodeled my bathroom and my dog is scared to death to go in. So I needed to get her groomed. I've never left her, I always groomed her my self. So I went with the closest to me, that was Petsmart. I was a nervous wreck and Sam was so patient with me and assured me it would be fine. I am beyond excited to say it was perfect. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I've already scheduled her next visit.
Had troubles with the tag machine but a nice male worker helped me with it today and their new outfits and tags are so cute!!
The fish tanks were filthy and all the fish I purchased from this site have died. I actually drove to Bay City to buy more and they are doing well.. Sorry but mold in your tanks is not ok.. Also, their stock of fish is never replaced when they say it will be and when I was first buying, I had to return on several occasions.. I will say there is a woman that works in the fish dept that was amazing, knowledgeable and a great help.. As far as groomers, there seem to be 2 that are great but the rest are sketchy... Did the Pitbull get put down after killing the Beagle? I tried posting on corporate site. They should not allow pits into their stores.
Jenny and assistants in grooming do an excellent job. We have experienced many groomers over the years and a Jenny is the best . Very good with our special needs dog.
Do not shop at this store! Employees are very rude and the manager is beyond disrespectful!! Never have I been treated so poorly ever! N my purchase would have been over$200 in dog food that I left at the counter with a line of at least ten people behind me cause they only have one lane available to check out.
