My dog jumped out of the car and ran in to PetSmart before I could grab him. The staff immediately blocked the doors (to keep him from running out) and Darlene, bless her heart, managed to grab and hold him when I couldn't catch him. No one acted upset that my dog was running loose, they acted like it was just another day, and offered Above & Beyond Customer Service. THANK YOU! ��

I enjoy going to Pet smart. They have a wonderful assortment of food and supplies for all your pets.
Taylor was super helpful with helping us pick out our fancy bearded dragon!! We got all we needed and are loving it. Unfortunately the habitat we bought was cracked but we're making it work. Again, we were lost until Taylor helped us out! We'll be coming here for everything for our little guy!
I went in to get dog food today and saw a groomer miss treating a toy poodle. This poor dog was shaking and looked like it wanted to bite. You can't move a dog by grabbing it's neck and pick it up by its tail. Oh and when cutting it's nails pay attention to the dog instead of the co-worker and people in the store while cutting.....I won't even buy the food anymore. Lost my business and if you get your dog groomed go somewhere else
Training was excellent. Need to have play date area to help the pets socialize.
