Recommendedbut today at 6pm I had a vet appointment at Banfield inside petsmart. they had to close down the store because someone crawled into there crawlspace and broke a bunch of watermain. cops were there to get him out and arrest him.

I would NEVER recommend the grooming department. My observation is slapping of dogs that don't belong to them in the face, yanking, pulling the arm out to the side which could cause dislocation. Leaving them unattended on tables as they walk away to check their phone. Nope I would never recommend them to groom any pet. I even had a manager come and observe what I seen from around the corner. I also have video of the poor treatment.
