If I leave my dog with you he/she BETTER NOT be able to bolt out the door Into major traffic! Have seen this twice! Praying they caught the last one from Grooming. Looked like an older dog. Afraid to leave my babies there!! You should have “release rooms” where dog is let out major door into safe room where “parent “ can leash and take control. Simple fix. Who wants to hear their baby was killed escaping from Petsmart?? I will sue for patent on safe room, so contact me !

Jenna the manager here at the Gastonia location was amazing! Very knowlegable, helped us to know everything we needed to know about our new bearded dragon!! Also answered all of our questions and pick out the perfect tank for our little Kamo. Thank you Jenna and petsmart
We had a great experience picking out new hamsters. TayTay was very knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about the welfare of our furry friends. We wanted to be sure and let her know that Downsey and Jack are doing wonderfully in their new home. They have 2 separate habitats with lots of tubes and fun things.
I took my Pomeranian to the PetSmart in Rock Hill SC. The next day I noticed she was acting strange and wouldn't eat or sleep. I took her to my vet and was told her heart swelled up to the point where it broke several vessels. After several hours of trying to get the swelling down, I had to make the decision of putting her to sleep. This little princess use to belong to my dad who died last year of cancer, and he asked me to take care of her. I trusted PetSmart, and this is what happened!
