I wondered in aimlessly after adopting my terrier mix. Jasmine noticed my confusion, answered my questions with patience and even assisted me with a book of discounts. Once I reached check out, Amber helped me pick out the correct coupons and save a ton of money. we even discussed which ones to put to the side for my next visit. I showed up for an appt and was told I didn’t have one. Then Petsmart trolls attacked me for complaining.
Unfriendly staff and manager Lowe’s is more pet friendly than this store. I honestly question if the manager even likes dogs.

Ms. Katie is a wonderful dog trainer and does a fantastic job with the dogs and their human partners. A huge kudos to the work she does there. I have also been able to find the products I need for both my 🐶 s to take care of them. Highly recommend the store — at PetSmart (3698 E Franklin Blvd, Gastonia, NC).
