RecommendedWe had our poodles hair cut at PetSmart in Richmond KY and I am very pleased. You hear a lot of horror stories about groomers and how they treat dogs so I was nervous to try somewhere other than our groomer from our hometown. But I am thrilled with how nice and tidy Finn is and Corey was so sweet with him even though he tried to take her mask 10/10
DO NOT GET YOUR FISH HERE THEY WILL DIE! Me and my boyfriend went her on several different times and there is a girl back there that I guess is “ new “ and she picks the fish with her HANDS!!!!!! Every time we get one when she catches it it dies and anyone knows not to pick them up with your HANDS !!!!!!!
My dog goes to Day Camp there and the ladies are awesome. I love that my dog loves going there too. How do I know she runs for the door Everytime we get there and so excited to see everyone.

Had an appointment today to have my dog groomed . They said they needed new vaccine paperwork—ask if I could go home and get it (3 miles away ) groomer rudely stated “she didn’t have the time to wait “. Last visit here they kept my dog 4 hours for a bath and hair cut. This will be my last visit to this store and their groomers. I’m old and don’t have time for such rudeness from service people .
I go there all the time with my dogs. I generally don't ever have any problems. my dogs are being service trained, and thus i use gentle, blunted prong collars - under direction of a k9 training group that i do 1:1 with for their certification process, as well as working with new onset leash reactivity with one of my girls. I understand this not everyones preferred method, I was not for it in the beginning, but, have become more comfortable in this method with proper instr… See more
One we got our bearded dragon from there and they say they have the food it's a freaking joke 50 super worms more like a tease they are as big as my freaking thumb nail
this is a great place to get animal's stuff or what ever you need or want
