I have never had a worst experience with a grooming place. They had my 6 month old puppy pinned town yelping in pain scared out of her mind while they did her nails. No treats no effort to calm her down and then when I went in to have them stop I was yelled at and told it was my fault for not “socializing” my dog. My puppy has had her nails done multiple times and never had a problem until we went there. My dog is now so tender footed she doesn’t even wanna go for her walk and will not let anyone touch anywhere near here fee... read more
I used to find it easy to get my dog groomed here. But they seem to be having staffing problems so I took my small dog in yesterday for a nail grinding package. Wound up paying 30 some odd dollars for what was supposed to be a nail grinding on 4 feet and paws and sanitary trim. So when I picked him up they hardly trimmed his back nails "because we couldn't get him to stand up" and no sanitary trim. Paw hair trim not done well nd i won't be going back
WE HAVE BEEN TAKING OUR THREE CHIHUAHUAS TO PET SMART FOR THERE NAILS TO BE GRINDED DOWN AND TODAY WE TAKE OUR MAGGIE THERE TO GET IT DONE , SHE HAS BEEN THERE BEFOR , AND WE GET BACK THERE AND THE GIRL SAYS SHE WAS BAD SHE SCRATCHED US WE HAD TO PUT A COLLAR ON HER AND WE WERE WARNED THAT NEXT TIME SHE DOES THIS WE WILL BE CHARGED ANOTHER 7 DOLLARS CAUSE ITS CALLED A HANDLEING FEE FOR ANOTHER PERSON TO HELP THE OTHER TECH, WELL I GOT NEWS FOR YOU WE WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE !!! THEY WERE REALLY RUDE !!!
Took my babies to see Santa today. Santa and all his helpers were great. It was a wonderful experience.
Very unhappy with the online-pick up at store experience. They didn't see my order to fill........they were very busy yesterday...however...still no reason to be rude and tell me its not your fault that you didn't see my order....WHAT IS THE POINT OF INSTORE PICK UP IF YOU DONT CHECK YOUR TABLET FOR ORDERS? Too many people, not enough open checkstands... BAD EXPERIENCE
