Did a pickup order yesterday and after calling to inform them that I was there and being told someone would be right out, no one ever showed. 15min of waiting, I got out of the car and went inside to get it. Don’t advertise curbside pickup if you are really not offering it and no, it wasn’t busy. Shopping in petsmart is nice... it’s the grooming that I’m not the least bit happy about.. they cut my dog (told me to just keep a eye on it) worst hair cut my dog has ever had.. they just shaved his whole body and left his head look in weird 🙄 the groomer wouldn’t even talk to me ...

If I could give a negative star I would! Verify by seeing documentation if the person who’s spaying or neutering your pet is qualified! The Dr who did my grandpup, BOTCHED his neuter procedure SO bad, he had to go to a real surgeon to have the WHOLE THING done all over again, poor baby! As she reopened his insision and grabbed his bloated puss and blood filled scrotum in our present with NO anesthesia, she figured out it was beyond her. she stapled two staples in his insision again without anesthesia!
