Grooming department has a new manager that is a very experienced groomer, and recently hired other experienced staff! after reading past reviews on the grooming, I suggest giving the salon another try!
I brought my husky in for a simple bath. We just moved here from GA so he was due for one. He’s always had baths at PetSmart and never had an issue. We got a call that they wouldn’t be giving him a bath because he was shaking and panting. When we found him and he was covered in mats, so we gave him a bath and brushed him ourselves. Never once did he shake or pant during that. I highly suggest going elsewhere.
