Groomer service sucks! After their "Pawdicure" treatment (nails clipped and ground), My dogs nails are sharp the next week. Manager has no clue how to deal with the public. I spend $$$ at your store, but NEVER at Silverdale PETSMART EVER AGAIN! I will pay the 5 bucks for the bridge or drive to Olympia, Where I ALWAYS got quality service for my furbabies.
Lol what in the world?! I just called your store and the lady who answered the phone said "Hold on I'll get you to pet care" then I heard her say to another employee "Hey Kathy are you going on break? Oh you are? Ok just go just go. I'm just going to hang up on them" AND THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!! Wow really professional Petsmart.
Was very disappointed this year with Santa pictures have been going for 10 plus yrs this year no real Santa we was photo shoped into pictur will not be going again.!!
Petsmart grooming department abuses their animals! DO NOT TAKE THEM THERE!
Very happy with customer service and sales floor. I met an absolutely wonderful and knowledgable woman who is certified in health and nutrition. Wonderful woman! She gave me such great information and advise on feeding and raising a Great Dane and prolonging lifespan with healthy options. I am super pleased and will drive the extra miles to continue to be a loyal and happy customer to the employees and store. Thank you all for the pleasant and helpful professionalism and true caring for our extended animal family members
