Don't buy fish here!! I bought 10 fish, less than 2 weeks later 6 of them were dead. Petsmart refused to do anything because I didn't take each body back to them.

AMAZING GRROMING STAFF❤🐶 hours before the incident of my bella I had booked a grooming appt. at petsmart for her and bacon so of course going to the appointment with only one dog was hard explaining it all , more crying. The staff was a amazing comforting me and took amazing g good care for bacon as always and did the service for free. Then picking up bacon they gave me this sweet card. my heart is so full of love and gratitude. thank you all for your sweet kind words. She was my first baby and may she rest in peace now

I don’t normally complain like this but Silverdale PetSmart just lost my business. We were standing in line waiting to pay for treats because our dog is spoiled rotten, an employee says to my daughter, “there is a cleaning station right down this aisle” and points. I give him a confused look and ask what he means. He then tells us to clean dog pee off of the floor. My eyes were on my dog the whole time. She did not pee in the store. We take the floor gs and cats to get groomed there all the time they really love our animals as much as we do the give Kona new Bandas and peach ribbons and bows!
