Marie in the grooming section is amazing! She is so sweet and really goes the extra 100 miles to help you and your pet out. She is very friendly and smiles when you walk in. She acts like she enjoys her job and takes pride in her work which is so refreshing to see! Thank you Marie for helping out me and my dog Chloe. You made our lives just that much easier! Thank you!
Erin in the grooming area is awesome! She is so good with my Dawson. My dog has long hair and she always takes her time with him. She is so up beat and so good with all the dogs �
Me and my mom went to Petsmart to get my dogs new collars and dog food, etc, and this young lady that looked about in her 20’s, she was skinny and had short shaved hair, was grooming a dog that was freaking out and moving all over the place, was not doing a very good job... it was terrible to watch.. she was YANKING on this dogs LEG to stop it from moving everywhere and lifting its back leg way up in the air to shave its fur on its feet and BECAUSE the dog was freaking out, she COULD HAVE broken the dogs leg or pulled its le... read more
Pet Smart in Silverdale is great. The store is clean, the staff is friendly. The cat food my cats like is sold at the best price in town.
I was at the store last night and the girls that were working were awesome treated me and my dog gentle didn't judge me kause my dog is in heat and I wasn't sure the size of diapers that I would need and I left her into he car and they were like ahhhhhh no bring her in ( it was closing time no other animals were in the store) so we could fit her properly... Thank U Maria and Alana u guys rockk..
