Normally, my experiences are great, and the associates are friendly and helpful. And ask about my pets. Today I had an associate who greeted me nicely, and then said shut up. I was perplexed and then she says shut up, Troy or some guys name like that. I then saw her ear buds. She was on the phone, and couldn't be bothered to be engaged with me as a customer. I've never had this happen before. Next time I'll look for a manager. That was very rude behavior.
Though I like this store and the wide variety of products, it's often very difficult to track down an associate to get help with something. I usually have to go to a cashier and have them page someone.
