Took my basset hounds to petsmart to get his nails trimmed and when I went to pick him up the girl told me he had fallen off the table kinda went splat and then she started to giggle when I talk to the manager she said nothing but sorry this place is a joke and we will not be returning
A complete mess of a grooming job! Worse than I could have ever imagined. The only positive is that as far as I can tell he wasn't injured or traumatized. Refunding my money doesn't touch my disappointment.
I will definitely be getting another beta Fish for my kiddos. We got a pretty one in January & I didnt get a fish net. Unfortunately, he fell in the sink the other day while I was changing his water bowl. Poor thing didnt survive. But, he lasted alot longer than I thought. I will be more careful w the next one.
Jenn is the greatest. So worth the 1 1/2 drive for our fur baby
Be warned!! Be very cautious when you use the grooming services. I am 100% sure that my little morkie's tale was bent when I got him back (which means it was broken). He is a tiny dog. It was his puppy clipping and personally, I dont think they did a great job in the first place. His tale curls over but for three days after getting "groomed" it was down and not curled over and if I touched his tale he whined. Not until it started to curl back did I realize what happened.
