I came into Petsmart tonight needing some help... Taylor went above and beyond to help me. Best customer service I've ever had.
Stay away! I went in to buy a cheap goldfish for my young childrens fishbowl. The lady working the fish area was not only dry and not polite, she seriously starts lecturing me about buying a goldfish for a fishbowl. These fish are 14¢ and are commonly used as food for other fish!! I kept asking her to just sell me the fish and she seriously kept arguing about the fish. I left, with no fish. I'll not be back, and I for the life of me,can't see how they can be in business.
They support adoptions from rescues and shelter's. A good location with knowledgeable friendly staff.
I had an outstanding experience in the grooming salon. I have always clipped my dog's fur and nails myself, but we decided to take him and have him professionally groomed for the first time. Erika did an incredible job. I am so happy. We'll definitely be back!
We love Petsmart! We also love Ms. Noreen. My puppy has had 2 training classes with her. She's great and you can tell she loves him as much as he loves her.
