Staff is very helpful and pleasant. Even though it is much further from my home then the Victory Drive store, it is worth the drive.
Went to buy my usual 2 bags of Bentiful, some toys and busy bones. They had a sale buy 1 get out early free. At the register it didn't ring up that way. A young lady went to look at the sign and came back and said no its buy 2 and get 1 4 7oz for free. I disagreed and her response .. You people and then stopped . I told them to cancel it and left. I guess they no longer need my monthly 225.00.
Horrible grooming Department. Don't waste your time or money! Actual store is fine.
Most days I would rate Petsmart 5 stars, not today. Today is the first time I had to load my own flats of cat food into my basket. Not a big deal, however; if I wanted to load my own basket I would shop at Walmart.
