Twice now I have dealt with “managers” who were VERY RUDE!! The first time was after my dog was left by himself in the grooming salon and they had closed down and I NEVER received a phone call letting me know he was done. I will never purchase another item from the store. We have spent over $200 in the past week on items set up our aquarium. The water tested fine everything was good with the water except for one of our fish died. We bought this fish on April 9, 2020. Today we noticed he died it was swimmingAnd was fine yesterday. You all lied about the Wellness Company having recalled their dog food. We bought some in Virginia and contacted them and they do not have a recall.

Found a dog bed online that I loved and called to see if it was in stock. The associate told me it was and they'd price match it. However, when I got there they didn't have that particular kind. Shelby was so kind in helping me find one similar and even kept the price match that the other associate had promised. I've been to many large pet stores, but the costumer service here is unmatched!
Picked up food, it was on sale. They asked for our phone number which we try not to give out and they said no sale price without the number. Ordering online for less from now on.
