I'm really sad to say I used to be an employee of petsmart. But this evening was downright ridiculous. Tomorrow is my sons birthday... I had to reluctantly pressure him on a beta fish when on employee outright said she refused to sell me a FEEDER GOLDFISH for 14 CENTS!!! Called last week and booked appointment to have our dog groomed! Unfortunately I broke my leg and had friends pickup my pets to get them there for a 2:00 pm appt! They take both pups to your store and were told sorry I missed the 12:30 pm appt!! I was told when booking the appt that it was at 2 pm and we missed our appt and they were fully booked!! We really like the environment of the training with Bob. And the Banfield clinic. We love Stephanie at grooming as well!!
Caring and kind they treated bear like he was one of their own
Really clean and well kept place, was very organized and easy to find what I needed. Workers very nice and lines, although long, cleared up quickly and I was helped efficiently and nicely. Cashier did take a minute to hop out from behind the counter and give the dog in front of me a treat, which made me smile. :)
