We've brought our dog here for three years and until recently have had adequate service. Two working professionals, 15 minutes late and a "terse" conversation with a groomer resulted in our being asked to find somewhere else for grooming services. This isn't brain surgery, this is a dog haircut yet the condescending and flippant manner in which we have been treated has us amazed. On Monday Feb. 16 my daughter took my cat to your store to be trimmed. After one hour she got a call to come pick her up. When she got there Coral's fur was chopped up and Nicole refused to finish trimming her. She said Coral "nicked her". Then charged $40.00. I had to take her to a groomer to be properly trimmed a few days later. That you would charge for this kind of service is ridiculous. Will not use Pet Smart in the future.
Very nice store, friendly and helpful employees, pets are well taken care of.
