I was here a total of 20 minutes and I never got spoke to once other then the half hello I got at the door. I walked multiple sections & pass multiple employees. On top of that, their enclosures with animals have WAY TOO MANY IN THEM and SET UP HORRIBLY. The hamsters have the bar wheels which are super awful to cause feet issues and can break legs super easily if the leg was to get stuck in the bars. A bit disturbed to find out that you do not allow Bully breeds into your boarding, grooming or play groups but will gladly take money for training. They ARE NOT aggressive and dangerous, people are! Sad!

I wouldn’t in a million years bring my dog back here or recommend it to anyone else. I used Petsmart while I was living in chicago to groom my long hair breed dog and loved them, but here? The way the groomers treat the animals is beyond cruel. After picking my dog up and witnessing the way other dogs were being treated, I was almost sick with myself for leaving him. I had a hard time finding things in the store. And they didn't have what I was looking for. I wanted a large leather collar for my dog with studs. They had cheap collars. They didn't have the medicine I was looking to treat my dog with. They didn't have hardly anything I went there for. I don't think I will be taking my dog back there. And their prices are way to high for everything. I was very dissatisfied with my experience.
