Was at the store yesterday from 5:30-7pm to adopt my new baby pug, Carson through Pug Luv. Every associate we came across was pleasant and offered help! I'm a fellow petsmart employee from another state and I love visiting other Petsmart's. You guys really have it going on! We had a great experience! Thank you all for your help! I wish I remembered names of those who assisted us, but the night was a wild ride with all the new exciting things happening for us! Thank you all!
Honestly, I would give this location a 0 out of 5 stars if I could. The customer service at this PetSmart is absolutely terrible, the employees are beyond rude, and my sister and I had just ran in to get her puppy's nails trimmed. They did a TERRIBLE job. Her nails are uneven, not filed at all, and definitely at risk for infection. Needless to say I would not recommend this PetSmart to anyone, and I will certainly never be back here.
Northville Petsmart staff are always the best! Before I can even think about asking a question someone is right there asking if they can help! Groomers are amazing with my dogs! I have been taking them there for years because they really love my dogs and it shows!
My puppy and I just started puppy class here at our local PetSmart. I love it so far but I wanted to suggest m that you consider turning off the music that plays in the store while classes are running. I don't have a hearing impairment but as an audiologist I work with people who do, so maybe I notice these issues more than other people tend to. Brought in our elderly family member, Zoey a golden retriever/terrier mix, for nail trim & ear cleaning. Advised associate she suffers from arthritis in back legs & lower back. She took excellent care of our Zoey, supporting her hind end during the trim. Zoey had a smile the entire time. Thank you for the care in servicing this great dog.
I recently bought two gerbils from here. I've never owned gerbils and relied on the associate's knowlege (and she seemed to know all about gerbils..). I bought all the necessary supplies, including a wire cage that was recommended. As I learned about my new pets, I learned that gerbils should never live in wire cages for a variety of reasons.
