Do not use their veterinarian services, it's a scam. I brought a sick dog there with a rabies tag, a city of Lansing tag and they refused to treat him because I did not have notarized paperwork saying he had a rabies shot, And did not have proof he was my dog...ok, yeah, I'm a bad person to bring a dog for care that wasn't mine??? REALLY?? If you care about an animal, any animal, take it to a vet office in your community and avoid the chain store bs
