We've brought our 7-month old pup to the groomers here a couple of times and this most recent will be our last. We booked her to have a trim and furminator bath and when we picked her up she was damp and clearly hadn't been brushed, nor had she been trimmed at all.
Sick and mislabeled reptiles sold. Employees have very little to no animal care experience. Overpriced corporate store. Feral cat colony lives in the little chunk of woods behind this store. Chinese restaurant feeds them. I reported it to the store. No difference.
Shout out to the MANAGER today @PetSmartOkemosMI. Alot of people were safe due to his quick thinking. We were there for a grooming appointment, but everyone was calmly ordered out for safety. The staff on site handled all pets with love and kindness getting everyone out to the parking lot. The Meridian Fire Dept was called and firefighters were inside. Last I knew they were cutting off power to the building. Once again alot of people were safe due to the Managers quick actions.
We take our American Eskie to be groomed here and have always loved how they groom him. They are very nice and are very good with him.
I bought a harness for my dog, but she kept slipping out. The night manager spent over 10 min helping me find and fit the right one and exchanged it, no problem! She sat on the ground and let my dog get to know her so she would feel comfortable. She even offered me a new leash to match. I will never go anywhere else when I need something for my dog!

A terrible place to take your pet!!!! The manager is obnoxious!!!!
Grooming services are a total waste of money. Paid $40 for my dog to get a bath and for them to tell me they could only get 3 of his nails clipped. I will never take my dog here again or recommend this place to anyone. Total disappointment.
