RecommendedIn the last 2 weeks, I've had the opportunity to see a different side of our local Petsmarts and was impressed with the years of experience and dedication of the staff. How the staff engaged with pets and pet parents as they shopped. Management seemed to have a great rapport with staff. Looks like an enjoyable and clean working environment for all who work or shop.
I was in your store today to purchase items for my fish tank and a couple fish. After standing at the tanks for more than 10 minutes during which an associate was feeding the fish then disappeared. My boyfriend went to find someone to help us. He was approached by an associate with a headset on asking if he needed help he told her that he was set but I had questions. I took my cat here to get his nails clipped/capped and get a bath. When I came to pick him up, the groomer said she didn’t give him a bath because he didn’t seem to like the water. Well, he’s a cat... of course he’s not going to love water. My problem with that is, when the store called me to come pick him up, this was not mentioned at all. This Location did not honor their online add. I was also told I couldn’t talk to the manger because the manager would never accept the mistake that was made with the online advertised price of the Exo Terra® Natural Terrarium Reptile Habitat item: 5175703. Furthermore was treated rude and accused of being a liar. The West Lansing location on the other hand honored the mistake made on the online add and sold me the item at the online price match. I bought two pleco from their and had them maybe three days and they had something wrong with them that killed theirselves and all of my existing fish... very very upset with them too
They were so friendly and Jessica was so helpful and wonderful to my pup Buddy. took him for a pedicure but decided to get him groomed and they were able to get him in right there and then. Definitely bringing him back.
I drive 1.5 hours to get my dogs specifically groomed here!! After moving from the area, my pups had a plethora of bad experiences at other salons. My pups are exclusively groomed by Jessica and Kelly, they always go the extra mile. My pups are always greeted with pets and a thorough look over Incase anything has changed. I pet ha been going through the training with Marion. it has been so much fun between training and dog events , such as scavenger hunt ,all kinds of neat fun things. The people and their pets have been wonderful to meet. If you have the opportunity try it. Marion does puppy training at apartments group training.🤗🤗
Rachel is the best groomer we have ever had! Her love for animals shows through her work!
