The staff there are super friendly and super knowledgeable. We took our newly adopted husky in to be groomed, they were all super friendly and super sweet. They really took the time to answer our questions and make us feel comfortable about leaving our dog in their care. We picked her up extremely happy and looking amazing. The ladies in the grooming department may seem a little standoffish but are really nice. I asked about a comb for my dog and one of them went out of her way to show me the different types of grooming brushes I might want or need. I think she spent a good 10 minutes explaining my options and what might best suit our needs. She was great I just wish I caught her name.
They hurt my dog at the groomers and in typical fashion did not accept responsibility for their negligence. Never again will I spend a penny in any of their stores.
