We love it!!! Very friendly and helpful staff!! Our dog Molly loves going and eating snacks while me and my son shop.
Absolutely love the lady that grooms my "Groot"!!! She's the only one I trust. I know she won't hurt her like the other place I've taken my dog to... My dog loves Gracie and she always does a good job!!!
If you want to get your dog groomed, don't bother with this place... unless it's Sunday and Joseph is working. Their groomer Sarah is a horrible person who can't do her job. If your dog requires any hair cutting and shaving she makes it look really weird and complains about having to shave the paws ... then she tells you you have to get the vet to do it and still expects to be paid for an incomplete job. They did a horrible job at grooming and they know they messed up once we said we are going to speak with the manager. The staff was mad at me for being a veteran and having to give me a discount!!! I posted pictures in the comment section!
Very nice peoople there help me alot tbey wer very helpful and even walked me throught the whole store showimg me different things i could get for my daughter's pet bunny
