DO NOT get your dog groomed there. I made an appt for today and we got there 5 minutes early just for them to tell me that they can’t take my dog because they needed the new paper for rabies. When I talked to someone on the phone, they told me that I don’t need to bring anything that I am all set just to get here and tell me they can’t because employee was only worried about getting off before 1. They wouldn’t even let my husband run home and get it. Such TERRIBLE customer service.
Thy need to change there exchange policy if u hve yr recit you should be able to exchange it when ever u want u hve the proper papers js ���

I GUESS IT'S OK,IT ALL DEPENDS WHO GROOMING YOU PET SOME ARE GOOD,OTHER DON'T CARE AS LONG THAT THEY GET PAID THEY DON'T CARE HOW YOUR PET LOOKS LIKE,THEY ASK YOU IF YOU WANT TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER,BUT NOTHING GETS DONE WHAT'S THE REASON TALKING TO THEM..VERY CONCERNED..

I brought my new puppy to Banfield for her first & second sets of shots. The vet is absolutely wonderful and explained everything to me thoroughly. We will be back �
