I've been taking my yorkiepoodle here for a year. Each time they do something else wrong with her hair. Today they used another dogs file and practically shaved her. Never going back again
We took our beautiful little pekingese here for a routine grooming.She was absolutely fine when we took her in. However, when we picked her up she couldn't walk. Appaarently she was so badly mishandled that she had gotten a slipped disc. We wound up spending hundreds of dollars and a lot of time getting tests done and ultimately back surgery. Kat is a good teacher for the dog training classes.
We take our little Yorkie here on several occasions and each time it seems he comes back with knicks in him or something else where he is bleeding. On Monday we discovered after getting him home that his toenail had been cut too deep and was bleeding and we were NEVER TOLD!!! That is bad business and customer service!!! No wonder he doesn't like going in the door there!!! Need to find a better Groomer who care about their dogs....
