The ABSOLUTE worst service I have ever had at a vet. UNBELIEVABLE. My son was there waiting while the young girl called to tell me we would needed to reschedule, I said oh no my son is there right now. He actually heard her talking to me on the phone and had been waiting for her to acknowledge him. She probably thought because I was signed up to bring her in that he was not their for my appointment. so she ignored him some more. I made this appointment last Monday. We’ve taken our puppy in to get groomed about 5ish times now whether getting hair cuts or just baths and from our experience do whatever you can to book Kayla at the Orem location. She’s does an amazing job every time we bring our pup to her and she obviously cares about the pets brought in. Could not be happier with her service and friendliness.
Not happy at all! I took my dog in to be groomed and they completely butchered his cut, then charged $82 - never doing business with Petsmart again.
Petsmart is a great place to go if u are looking for a pet or anything pet related!
