I've been coming here for 3 years + and I don't understand why you advertise walk in welcomed and I come to the store and you tell me we don't take walk ins. I'm attaching the photo from your website. Your prices continue to increase but the customer service is beginning to decline. Disappointing
Worst place to go,people there have no idea how to groom they give the dogs razor burn cause they dont switch out there blade wheb it get hot n burn the dogs nails when they use the grinding machine the dogs never have water in there bowls.I was waiting to pick up my dog and saw some bitch let the dog jump off the table from a pretty high distance people that got there dogs groomed there said they have corporate come there a hand full of times for complaints but dont do anything This place should be shut down NEVER bringing ... read more
We love Marianna! She's helped us so much with Buddy and his anxiety. And now we are less anxious about him being around other dogs and people. The training is going great. And thank you to everyone at the store who works with us as we socialize him.
