Not a very good return policy with no receipt even though I used the rewards card they ask for every time I go in. I will take my buisness some where else.
My dog, Harley started his Beginner's Puppy Training class yesterday. Deborah, the Petsmart trainer was very personable and informative. Each owner was given a puppy training book, leaflets pertaining to specific issues such as barking, digging, lunging/jumping on people, potty training, etc. We also received a training clicker. The class was an hour long and Harley did very well socializing with people and other dogs! I am looking forward to taking Harley to the next 5 classes.
I received an email for 25% evening baths/grooming dated January 19, 2017 that said appointments and walk-ins welcome. I make a special trip up there tonight and am told it's by appointment only!! People have busy lives and rely on truth of advertising! Furthermore, I have taken dogs to other groomers and have NEVER had to show proof of vaccination! Who carries that info around and why wasn't the conditions fully disclosed in the email?? Your store was convenient, but, you've lost my business! If I can find the dog food else... read more
Amazing People Love This Store Will Never go Anywhere Else. They always have an answer to my questions and anytime i call they are resourceful polite understanding i recommend this store and all the great people in it �
