We've been Customers of the Rosecrans location some 1999. Never had an issue. Our puppy loves her baths and pampering. If she's happy, so are we. Currently attending Obedience School.

Less than poor. Just got off the phone with the Petsmart Store and Banfield and I am furious at how inept both staffs are at answering a simple quest about picking up medication. Totally incompetent and unable to comprehend the most basic of questions such as "Do you carry this? and How long will it take? This overwhelmed them. A waste of our time. 3 calls no information.
Which store did Brewster get mauled & died in? Its not the first time we've heard about Petsmart & a pet dying whilst in there care
