Happy Husky Owner... The other reviews are most unfair. They always treat our two dogs wonderfully, and we have used them over and over again. The people at the grooming salon always greet our (huge) dogs with a smile, and they always look amazing, and happy, when they come home. Great product -- great selection. Love this store!
They our not very helpful I was looking for a certain brand of cat food. One of their employees walked buy and said did you find everything okay and then said good. He responded to his own question and didn't even wait for a response from me and kept on walking. He didn't really care if I needed help so why did he waste my time and his. PROS: CONS: Not friendly at all.
Not the best I have taken my dog to this location of 4 different occasions. The staff is somewhat rude and there is no waiting area for the dogs. You have to wait outside the door until someone else comes out. The grooming is ok but I have had better. All in all it is not the worst place in the world. PROS: Location CONS: Friendliness of staff, waiting area, overall grooming
Excellent Customer Service It is easy to find a customer service representative if you need help finding something or have a question, and after you check out, they will graciously help you carry your purchases to your vehicle.
Good Customer Service I found that this particular store had decent customer service. There were at least two employees that asked if we needed help while there and when we did indeed need that help, they were very nice. The wait in line was a bit long as it was a Saturday and busy, but other than that, it was a good place. We got two goldfish from there that lived almost THREE YEARS in a bowl in our home! We loved those fish and were happy they were with us that long.
Place for the pets Pets have needs, and Petsmart is the place to take them. They have very knowledgable staff, and you are allowed to take your beloved four-legged friend in for some first-hand advice on how to care for him or her. Also, they have a grooming center inside their store, and classes on training and much more. Many supplies are available, and there is a nice selection of pets for you to select and take home today.
Wide selection ... so it's good for fun shopping. But, if specialty items are needed, they might not be available here. Good choices in food, though, so it's easier to stop here than the feed store.
Grooming I get my dogs and my cat groomed their, they always are polite and do a wonderful job on my babies. I only trust them to help me out. The manager is a wonderful person, if there is ever a complaint she will fix it right away.
Great Groomers The grooming salon is really good. Carmen in particular is excellent, very loving to the dogs and does a beautiful job on complicated fur.
