I ordered online for pickup. I am really sick. My son is blind and everytime he goes in there. no one can take the time to help him. after 2 hours after ordering on the app the email never comes through. I call the store because my cats need wet food. The store couldn't find my order. manager calls me back 45 minutes later no idea why. no one is ever helpful there. it's like no one cares. continuing crappy customer service. way to go
I recommend Stephanie she did my palm and she'll is did an excellent job I need Sadie to get groomed now but I can't seem to make the appointment for some reason

Awesome deals on Halloween markdowns... was able to spoil my dog with toys & treats more than I had originally intended. Tiana was the cashier/associate that helped us, she was very sociable friendly and showed a vested interest in customer service! Thanks Petsmart Santee!
Love Lisanna, she has been great grooming our dachshund and chihuahua and showing them so much love! We just had Jackie groom our toy poodle and she took such good care of our 12 yr old pup and the haircut looked great!
I took my pekingese in for his first grooming. He was difficult but Dustin did a fantastic job. Thank you Dustin for taking good care of my Kili. He is so handsome!
