We just got our first puppy, Dakota. We signed him up for the beginner class(puppy class) The has been the best thing we could have done. learning simple things has made bonding and life with Dakota for both us and him so much better. I can not say how much that if you have a dog doing a class will do a world of good. the trainers, she has just been wonderful. anyquestions you have she is more then happy to help. even if its not a class day, all you do is call the store and she will call you back and help. I took my 8 month old puppy to this store. He had been groomed many times before. When he got home he started to act very strange. Did not remember us, was terrified of us. ran to corners to hide and yelp. Constant barking and yelping. Shaking more than I have ever seen. Our vet deduced that he had been hit in the face very hard. She called the store and informed them of this, and that she was sending the bill to them. He is going back to the vet,not improving much. I took my 8 month old puppy here to be groomed. He had been groomed several times before. When I got him home he immediately showed signs of trauma. He did not recognize me, he was very confused. Mostly he was terrified and ran in corners and hid and cried and shook like crazy. My vet deducted that he had been hit in the face very hard. She called the store to let them know, and also tell them she was sending the bill. I have not received an apology , and the groomer is still employed.
