Thank you to the manager today for listening to our frustrations about our dog's grooming issues. The fur was trimmed way too short and was definitely not what we specifically requested. Thank you for standing behind your guarantee. Looks like it'll be another two months of growing out his fur.
I always have a positive visit here, very helpful personnel, have used Pet grooming, Pet's Hotel, Pet's Hospital, questions always answered. Love the atmosphere. My #1 place to go for Bear in need.
The employees at this store are wonderful. Been very understanding with returns. The staff at the pet hotel and doggie day camp are attentive and friendly, shout out to the assistant manager Susana. The trainer Rebeca, I can't say enough good things about her. Been to other pet smart locations and this is the only one I return to even though others are closer.
