The grooming manager Tina is awful in both her grooming abilities and her customer service skills. I have had to take a dog back twice in one week because of her grooming. Then I came in for a walk in service and their staff doesn't have any clue as to what is listed on their website. After Tina was very rude to me and unwilling to find out what their website shows, I pulled it up on my phone and showed it to her and she still argued with me when it was right in front of her.
