Murrieta petsmart trainer Will is amazing at what he does. I have had nothing but great experience with his training. and my puppy is coming along great. looking forward to intermediate class with Will.
We just finished Puppy School with Mr. Will and had a really great experience here. Our puppy, Penny, really enjoyed her 6 weeks of training her owners. lol Will is awesome and really took the time to explain the commands and markers to us so we were all speaking the same language. Amazing how much improvement we saw simply by learning the correct way to communicate! Thanks Petsmart!
My family and I come in on Wednesday evenings and help with the kitties and your staff is always so helpful and kind whenever we need help with anything. Last night Carli was so helpful with an adoption and was amazing at getting the scared kitty into the carrier. Just thought you should know what an amazing team you have ❤️

This is the only Pet Smart in our area that we go to even though we have to drive an extra 30 minutes to get there. Everyone is knowledgeable and polite.
We just started Puppy School tonight. The teacher Courtney Megan is really good. She seems to know what she's doing. Hands down we think we were among the best listeners in class. And we think we did a pretty good job learning, but truly our humans have a lot to learn.
