Absolutely the worst place! Will never step foot in your store or anyone other Petsmart. Your grooming department and people in charge should all be fired for the negligence you guys have shown. How you give someone's dog to someone else then do nothing to help the family you fucked over, baffles me. It takes 2 seconds to make sure the person is who they say they are and picking up the right dog to cover your ass. Absolutely no excuse.
I love this place but I can only give 3 stars. The place is always clean and the employees are nice, but they have a habit of raising prices on the things I commonly buy, then put them on 'sale' for the supposed same price I was just paying. They suddenly raise prices on things like cat litter by as much as $25% overnight and often charge much more for common things I can get at Target for much less. They also love texting me the big savings coupons the day after I go spend $100-$150 in their store with no coupon available. ... read more
