Today (5-22-20) I entered your location to purchase supplies to medicate my sick cat. For medical reasons, I cannot wear a face mask, but I wear a face shield in public in response to the pandemic. Store personnel demanded I wear a mask. I chose to shop at PetCo instead.

This is the worst place I’ve ever brought my dog to groom. First time they trimmed his hair down to zero when I asked for a Schnauzer cut. Second time I told them not to repeat the same mistake and they told me to “go somewhere else that will do what you want, we do what’s best for your dog here”. What they want to do is spend the less time possible taking care of your pet. DON’T BRING YOUR PET HERE terrible service, terrible impolite people.
They hurt my 12 year old pup and refused to take responsibility.. last time I ever waked into their store

Wrong. Just wrong. So some groomer, whom they conveniently left unnamed murdered a dog who came in for grooming. And this individual still works there!!! Boycotting you guys until this gets fixed, he gets fired and sent to prison for life.
