After today I will never be in this store again!!! 8 days ago my fiancé and son go in and get a red eared slider to be told it yeah it will be fine in a 10 gallon tank!!! Wth!! We've gone to 4 other pet stores to be told you'll need to buy another tank ASAP! Now we go in to get some fish to be told I'll be right with you 15 mins-20 mins later we have to finally go ask someone else to help us! (We were the only people there)! I took my seven year old granddaughter into Petsmart to find her a special friend. After just a few minutes she found Betsy Ross, a beautiful Beta fish. I had no idea of what a Beta would need other than a bowl of water. I must have looked confused because immediately an employee approached me and offered to set me up with the items I needed for Betsy. We have now had Betsy for 10 days and she is doing great in her new home and my granddaughter loves her new friend, Betsy Ross the Beta fish!
My dog stays at the pet hotel (vip room) whenever we are out of town and can't bring him with us. Couldn't ask for a better place to leave him, knowing he is comfortable & getting doggy ice cream while he is there is very nice to know. & Thanx to the staff for always giving us assurance of his well being..
