Poor communication in the grooming salon. Actual store seems okay. Super annoying that I drive all the way to your store and you tell me that you cannot take my dog for grooming because a groomer didn't come in. No accommodations....NOTHING! It wasn't my fault you didn't update your schedule. That was absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I've been in retail for 26 years andv would never treat a customer like that.
Great experiences there, and some wonderful staff as well!! It's hard not to spend a lot there, because they have so many neat items
Went to a Halloween event and had picture's taken but they don't keep them on file?Not a good staff on this event�
Love coming to this petsmart. They know us by name. My puppy loves coming to doggie day camp and playing all day. They are always so excited to see her and she is excited to be there. Also Kimberly in the grooming department is amazing. My puppy loves her, which is so nice to see. We love coming to get treats, dog food and cat food here. It’s always so nice!
Everyone is super friendly and helpful! They were very patient with my mom who is elderly
