I would highly recommend NOT taking your dog to this location for dog boarding. Today I saw the dog area so full of dogs they couldn’t hardly move. Three dogs attacked a medium brown poddle mix and the female staff kid stood there and did NOTHING to break it up. This dog was being hurt. A male staff person finally went in to break it up. I feel sure the owner of the poddle will never know what happened.
We will never bring either of our dogs to the groomers here again. Ethan was rude, the girl with the pink hair was rude to us and mean to our dog, the girl with blue hair and glasses was also rude and not very nice to our dog. Last time we dropped our dog off he came back scared and shaky for days. They were supposed to bath him, nails, glands and brush but all they did was wash him. I love pet's mart on stemmons. I take my English bulldog, HARLEY for training classes here n always have a fun time interacting with employees as well. Trainer JESSICA is a great ppl person. Just picked up our Maltese Schnauzer with a perfect spring haircut from Mary!!! Highest marks!! Friendly to us, loving to our Lukas, and exactly what we wanted!! Thanks, Mary!!!
I love the doggie day camp give it a 5. The grooming salon not so much the staff not very friendly did not let me know how my pup did or what all they did. I go to the one in Las Colinas super friendly I will not use this grooming location again.
Petsmart sucks in Lewisville. The groomers are the worst ever they messed my dog up big time have done feeling really pissed.
