10/10 would not recommend nor will I ever go back to that location due to the unprofessionalism and rudeness of the grooming department, mainly the manager. I disclosed information about my dogs minor cut on his paw over the phone when I made my first appointment a most a week in advance and was told that there would be no issue. I don’t recommend this Petsmart Grooming. I usually take my dog to grooming at the Petsmart off of 121 in Lewisville and they do a wonderful job. Unfortunately, after COVID-19 It was difficult to get in. I checked other Petsmarts and I was able to get them appointments for grooming at the one off of I35 in Lewisville. They were groomed by the same guy. I kinda felt like he had an attitude during drop off but thought maybe it was just me. I’ve been taking my dog here for several years now, and we will ALWAYS use Trina! She is just amazing! Always loving to our sweet fur baby, and does a fabulous job! I moved an hour away about 3 years ago, and I still make the drive just for Trina! Book with her! You will not be disappointed. ❤️❤️❤️
Rude people... that work there... corrupted employees.. not coming back here ever.
This is our favorite Petsmart. The employees always make us feel welcome and enjoy spoiling our dog. We have fish and rabbits too that we shop here for.
So far it's a good store the puppy trainers are great....I will never use the grooming dept. They hurt my dog so bad that she wont go near there and it has been 2 years no since her they hurt my baby .She is so dramatize that she wont let me groom her myself I have to be patient with her and make her comfortable. I do take my dogs to Banfield they are very good and friendly staff.
