Today I brought my female Pit Bull into the PetSmart off Soncy find a muzzle. When I approached your sales clerk, he told me that a Pit Bull that needed a muzzle needed to be euthanized. Is it your store policy to tell your customers to kill their pets? When you don’t have the merchandise necessary to fulfill their needs.
I took my dog out for grooming on 2-20.Josh was to give my dog a haircut & bath, when I dropped off my dog Josh was in a mangers meeting, when I went to pick up my dog Josh was in a conference call, Josh did a half way type job on my dog, had 1 small spot on his head where he made a small bald spot. I called Josh & talked to him about the hair cut & he denied he did the small spot on his head, he was the only person grooming my dog. I always have a great experience at pet smart. Our boxer has completed the beginner class and Taylor the trainer at pet smart is amazing. She truly cares about the dogs and goes above and beyond to help with new ideas.
